KULKI (JKT)

Kulki's foray into music began as a rapper for hip-hop groups, one of them as an opening act for P-Squad, IWA K and among other local heroes. It was during this time that his interest in electronic music and the use of turntables grew to make him a DJ.

For the past 16 years, Kulki has been a resident DJ, promoter, and graphic designer For Future 10, and Soul Menace, two of Jakarta's prominent music collectives. As a DJ, Kulki's style is constant yet eclectic, mixing music from wonky hip-hop to house and disco, which has granted him spots playing at SUNDAZE, SILENT DISCO SERIES (Jakarta - Bali) and alongside local music heroes like Anton, Hogi, DJ Cream, Dipha, Jerome, the Adroitz crew to name a few.

Also international names such as Eli Esobar, Daniel Wang (Balihu), JT Donaldson (San Francisco), Toshio Matsura (KYOTO JAZZ MASSIVE), Goldroom, Le Youth, Sigala, Klingande, Michael Perso, HAS, , Paul I, Stevie G (Washington DC), Marc Roberts (UK) and the list continues.

At the moment, Kulki is a resident DJ at Union group Jakarta, Vong Kitchen and an additonal player for BAYURISA and LALAHUTA where he continues to create aural pleasures for the masses.

Nominated as “Best New Comer” for the Ibiza DJ Awards while UK's Dance Magazine Muzik referred him as Asia’s Number One DJ, and voted “Best Local DJ” in both Juice & I-S Magazines in Singapore, Aldrin has been a key figure in building up Singapore's vibrant dance scene since the mid 90s.

On the corporate front, Aldrin's versatility as a quality music selector has also made him the choice DJ for several luxury brands, playing exclusive parties in Singapore and around Asia for the likes of Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Saint Laurent, Franck Muller, Christie's, Richard Mille, Chopard, Kering, HBO, and most recently, Tatler.

Yet not forgetting his club roots, Aldrin continues to maintain his presence in the global dance scene pushing a House and Techno soundtrack at local hotspots Marquee, Kilo Lounge, Tuff Club, plus gigs at some of the trendiest “underground” venues this side of the globe, including Jenja (Bali); Jiro (Kuala Lumpur); Electric Circus (Shanghai); Window (Guangzhou); Jungle Experience (Koh Phangan); Besitval (Bali); and Wonderfruit (Pattaya). HOOKSTYLE (SG)

Dave, also known as Hookstyle has been rocking the Singapore music circuit since the mid 90’s, helming one of the country’s most acclaimed rock bands Electrico.

In the midst of a hiatus in 1998 - A pair of turntables, and a fetish for records, allowed him to continue moving audiences... honing his craft at residencies across the underground circuit - His eclectic mix of House, Disco, Jazz and Funk endeared himself to the erupting Singapore club scene.

He quickly became a stalwart of the local dance music scene and a regular feature at exclusive parties for Dior, Mercedes Benz, Porsche and the like - spreading his flavour across the region. In 2010 he became the Head Resident DJ at KU DE TA Singapore, and more than 20 years after it all started, his ability to blend genres and rock the vibe has not skipped a beat.

Dave is also a founding member of the infamous party-rocking STASSH collective, with DJ KFC and Dodgy Yamamoto - Which has also taken its block party vibes across the region including the Gilles Peterson Worldwide festivals sharing the decks with Todd Terje, Christian Prommer, Toshio Matsura, Gilles Peterson, Karizma, Cut Chemist and Kruder & Dorfmeister.

STEPHEN DAY (SG)

Originally from England and now living in Singapore, Stephen Day has over two decades of DJing experience under his belt. He has held UK residencies at clubs as well as many clubs and festivals all over Asia and more, notable ones such as Ministry of Sound, SupplerClub, Kilo, W Hotel, ZoukOut and many more.

He has worked alongside reputable DJs such as Frankie Knuckles, Roger Sanchez, Boy George, Kenny Dope to name a few. His infectious DJ sets move across a multitide of musical genres which include Deep House, Disco, Italo, Techno, Tech House, and his current fascination – Italo Disco and Synthwave sounds.

Syney-based, British-born DJ D-Funk has been in the scene for the past 25 years.

From his club debut in Bristol back in 1995 to rocking renowned venues like Space, Ibiza and Ministry Of Sound, London, D-Funk has conquered dance floors worldwide. While in UK, he launched his night ‘Break Da House’ curating a fusion of breaks, electro, funk, disco & hip-hop. The event propelled D-Funk into the world of production and he’s gone on to release music on labels such as Sunday Best & Bombstrikes.

Born and bred as a lion city boy, Jared is a diligent purveyor of new music and sounds, and a firm believer in playing the right track at the right time. Always keeping his eyes on the crowd, he believes that music does truly do the talking.

Citing Chicago, New York and London as his influences in sound, Anwar’s DJ sets combine the raw, groove-heavy and atmospheric elements of house music. Whether in the booth of a bar or in front of a dancefloor, his sound often hits a sweet spot between soulful and playful vibes. Having been a DJ the past 4 years, staying true to his love of house has resulted in invitations to play at venues such as Offtrack, Rumours Beach Club, Panamericana and Etta, as well as contribute online mixes for Singapore Community Radio, kelektiv, The Analog Vault, Sivilian Affairs and House Cartel Jakarta. Founder of Therapy Room, Deepak has been rocking local & international dance floors with his unique blend of music since the early 2000s.

SHAUN NOCTURNAL (SG)

Co-Founder Of Therapy Room, Shaun Nocturnals has been known for his unique spin on music since 1998. His journey has seen him progress from a Hip Hop DJ to becoming a very well-established House and Techno DJ internationally.

Starting with small-scale events, Shaun Nocturnals has developed his skills and techniques in spinning and organising larger events, such as club theme parties, launches and high-end fashion shows. This has all been possible due to his determination and ever-growing love for the art of music. His mesmerising tunes and hard-hitting beats have not only captured the attention of locals in Singapore but increasing in demand on dance floors all around Asia and Europe.

His definitive art of mixing, and tuned ear for exploring new sounds have impressed club owners, labels and promoters worldwide. These talents also played a huge part in introducing the Disco Sh!t Lifestyle Parties into the Singapore scene in 2014. Local radio station LUSH 99.5FM also featured Shaun Nocturnals with a live set and interview after his summer tour in Ibiza, focusing on his Tech House sounds and new venture with Disco Sh!t Lifestyle.

After performing in and around Europe, Shaun Nocturnals has been able to bring some of that sought-after European flavour of House music to his fans in Asia.

SENG WEI (SG)

Seng Wei was indoctrinated in the electronic dance music scene whilst still a student in university in L.A. Since graduating and returning to Singapore in late 2003, he started DJing as a hobby. Gradually, Seng Wei's devotion and passion for the electronic music scene escalated into something more as he gained experience playing out at clubs and various outdoor events.

Seng Wei's style is deep, funky and progressive house with an infusion of tech and organic elements. Although his musical tastes are always changing; he presently is playing a lot more of the nu-disco and deep tech house sound with a touch of electro thrown in there for good measure, which is diversified and incorporated into his sets. He transcends any boundaries between the different genres of music, and really knows how to move the floor.

JU-C (MY)

Ju-C’s love with electronic music stemmed from the underground electronic music scene that defined  the 90s. Having been heavily influenced by the ethereal and progressive sounds of DJs Sasha & John  Digweed sets, electronic dance music has always been a part of her soul since. 

Finding herself being drawn to deep melodic sounds of Deep and Organic House, Ju-C got her start on her  own behind the decks in 2014 and hasn’t looked back since.  

Over time and having found her niche, Ju-C really came into her own. Her sets soon morphed into a down tempo sound, producing warm, melodic palettes that are rich yet ethereal, while still paying tribute to the  musical influences that defined her tastes. She continually expands her stylistic boundaries crafting a  distinctive blend of Deep, Tech, Organic, Afro and Melodic House sounds.

During her residency at Ritz-Carlton Maldives in 2022, she had the opportunity to perform live DJ sets with  two Maldivian musicians during two events at the resort. Husen, a saxophonist and Faizan, a percussionist/drummer who both are also part of a well-known local band, Sky Rock, that frequently performs at various five-star resorts in the Maldives. At JW Marriott Maldives, she performed live DJ sets with Anastasia, a violinist from Belarus and Eugenia, a saxophonist from Ukraine.  

All the artists she has performed with have one common thing to say about Ju-C, she has a great taste in  music and her song choices are impeccable, making it easy for them to play along with her.

David J (DJ) has been behind the wheels of steel since 1999.

DJ was DarkRoomBoogie (DRB) resident with Vinnie Queck at the ultra chic Kee Club in Hong Kong and the legendary underground establishment Drop. DJ hit the decks (Summer 2006 and 2007) behind the most beautiful and sought after venue in the world, The Funky Room at Pacha, Ibiza. He played alongside House afficionado and Pacha resident DJ Matt Caseli. DJ’s sets are full of energy and love for all things House!

DJ is best known for his ground breaking tech house sets infused with deep, emotive, intelligent and forward thinking house rhythms. His style and love for house music have made him a pioneer of the Manila and Hong Kong party scene and has rocked historic venues such as Club Renaissance, Republic of Malate, 78 Orange, Pravda, Salcedo, Embassy, Warehouse 135, Republiq, Time, Drop, Kee Club, Midnight & Co and Club 3304.
